Over the years, the I.T. industry have evolved and laws have passed legislation which provide confidentiality and secrecy of our clients' files.
With the passing of such laws in the Philippines which are the E-Commerce Act and Access Device Regulation Act of 1998, and
Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) signed into law in the United States of America on 21 August 1996, the company had deemed it necessary to include in its Company Policies, measures to keep up with these laws to ensure security and confidentiality of proprietary files of its clients.
